Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept the following insurance providers:
United Health Care
Aetna
Optum (including Oscar, Oxford, Harvard Pilgrim)

Is there a way to get reimbursed by my insurance if you aren't in-network?

Yes! We understand how important it is for our clients to be able to use their insurance.  Therefore, we have parterned with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy.  You. can check your benefits here to see if you qualify.  

What are your fees if you don't take my insurance?

Individual Therapy (55 minutes): $185
90 minute Brainspotting or EMDR Therapy Session: $275
Group Therapy: $55

How many sessions will I need?

Our goal at Mindful Reflections is to provide you with the right tools so that you don’t need us long term.  Unfortunately, it is hard to determine how many sessions you will need, as each person is different.  We will work together to come up with a plan that fits your goals and needs.
