FAQ:

Do I have to commit?

Healing Light is an open miscarriage support group.  There is no committment.  However, if you book a time there is a 24 hour cancellation policy.  If you cancel outside that window there will be a $50 late cancellation fee.  The group is only helpful when people attend and participate.

What does a session look like?

Sessions will always start with a check-in.  The goal of Healing Light is to build connection and begin to process the grief surrounded by those who understand.  Therefore, there will be moments throughout when members get to share (only if they want).  In the very first session we discuss what each member wants to get out of the 6 weeks.  Each cohort is different and based on the groups needs the facilitator will create topics to discuss.  Example of topics we might explore are: Common emotions after a miscarriage, impact on relationships, what makes pregnany loss different than other losses, managing triggers, and future pregnancies.
