On demand postpartum support
Stressed, Overwhelmed, Exhausted, and Isolated
AS A MOM TO AN INANT, YOU’RE FEELING IT ALL!
You knew motherhood was going to be tough, but you never imagined it would be like this.
→ You don’t feel like yourself (emotionally or physically)
→ You spend every waking moment making sure the little life you brought into this world is safe, satisfied, and loved, with no time for yourself
→ You frequently compare yourself to other mothers who seem to be rocking motherhood in a way that you aren’t
→ You are constantly wondering if you are doing this motherhood thing right
So many aspects of your life have changed, and it’s not easy navigating it all.
Adjusting to this new life and healing your body takes time, but who has time? With everything that is going on your emotions are in overdrive, making this transition that much more unnerving.

HELPING YOU FIND YOUR YOURSELF AGAIN
I created Wholesome Mama™, a six week, self paced experience, to support you during this trying time in your life. You will learn about different aspects of motherhood that many people don’t talk about. You will also get the opportunity to process the difficult emotions that come with being a parent, and create a life and routine that jives with your lifestyle, all while connecting with other like minded mamas. Wholesome Mama is here to help you feel more confident in your abilities as a mother, more fulfilled in all areas of your life, and more connected to family, friends and most importantly, YOU.
Many people have the mentality that you can’t successfully balance motherhood and taking care of yourself.
I had a similar mindset after I had my oldest son. I struggled for way longer than I had to because I thought that’s just how it is when you’re a new mom. However, the biggest issue with that way of thinking, is that it keeps you stuck.
Yes, motherhood is busy, but something I know all too well is that if you do not take care of yourself everything else in your life suffers. It is time to shift how you see being a parent and that starts with you taking this first step and remembering yourself and your wellbeing.
Join me on this six week journey to discover the greatest version of you.
You don’t have to sit in the negative self talk wondering if something is wrong with you. You have the opportunity to learn about this difficult life stage while simultaneously developing the skills to manage it in a healthy way. The best part is you can do it at your own pace! Don’t wait! You deserve it.

You May Still Have Questions About Whomesome Mama
What is the time commitment?
At Mindful Reflections we understand that time is limited. The great part about Wholesome Mama is that it's self paced. Each week you will get access to that week's lessons/videos and you can go as fast or as slow as you need. There are 3-4 videos every week, all under 15 minutes.
Can baby be with me as I watch the videos?
Baby can absolutely be with you as you watch the videos. We know that it can be hard to take time away. However, for some of the videos it can be helpful for you to have a few minutes to yourself, particulary when learning a new skill, as you should try to be as present as possible.
Can I use my insurance?
Yes, you can use your insurance if you are located in Florida and Minnesota. We accept the following insurance providers (United Health Care, Cigna (Florida only), Aetna, Optum). If you decide to use your insurance understand that more intake paperwork is required as well as a virtual diagnostic assessment, which would require more time.
Futhermore, there are some added requirements when using insurance, so access to the course may be delayd up to a week so all requirements can be fullfilled.
